This vision was born from humble beginnings—one cracked MacBook, two iPhones, and a round table in a Black-owned co-working space. It started on a random summer day when two friends, both busy Black women professionals, sat brainstorming at an unassuming conference table. I, Dr. Daa'iyah, was an ER doctor, early landlord, and real estate investor, passionate about newly discovered creative financing. That day, a divine vision took root: to create a company encompassing real estate holdings and subsidiaries in education, wellness, and property management.
Fast-forward less than seven years, Capital Dynasty & Dynasty League has transformed from a mere idea into a thriving multi-arm business with multi-six-figure revenues. We've created beautiful temporary homes and generated millions in wealth for our clients. Our mission remains to empower and support others in building their financial independence and legacy.
MEET THE FOUNDER, DR. DAA’IYAH
Hey there! I’m Dr. Daa’iyah. My journey has taken me from the vibrant streets of northern New Jersey to the quiet, unpaved roads of southeast Georgia, and now to Baltimore, Maryland. After over a decade as an educator and emergency medicine physician, I made a bold leap in 2022—I left my multi-six-figure career to follow my passion for real estate and coaching full-time. It was a risk, but within my first year, I earned over $200,000, and I’ve never looked back. Along the way, I also earned a Hello Seven coaching certification, further enhancing my skills and commitment to helping others.
I’m all about empowering women of color, especially Black women, to achieve financial independence and time freedom through real estate and business ownership. I founded the “Sista Docs in REI” community to connect nearly 800 Black female doctors in real estate. At Dynasty League, I help women like you build wealth and find time freedom. Through “Dr. Daa’iyah’s Dynasty League” D³L, I offer coaching that quickly gives you the skills to grow your business and real estate portfolio.
