I am a physician turned real estate investor and coach with a passion for helping women of color achieve financial independence through strategic real estate investments. I founded the “Sista Docs in REI” private Facebook community, which includes nearly 800 Black female physicians, dentists, and pharmacist real estate investors. I own Capital Dynasty®, a real estate investing and education business, and wealth-building brand. Through my coaching program, “Dr. Daa’iyah’s Dynasty League” (D³L), I have helped clients make hundreds of thousands of dollars within just six months of launching my programs.

I left my multi-six-figure career and leaned into self-trust and intentionality to transform my side hustle into a multi-six-figure full-time coaching business. My mission is to show women of color that freedom and time affluence through business and real estate ownership are readily attainable. With a wealth of experience and a dynamic speaking style, I captivate audiences with my personal journey and practical insights.
