MEET YOUR COACH
I’m Dr. Daa’iyah, your creative real estate investing coach. My journey began well over a decade ago when I got my first taste of the American dream by purchasing my first single-family home. It wasn't straightforward; I hoped to get one of the new doctor mortgage loans with zero money down, but my credit score fell short. Instead of waiting to build my score, I focused on what I DID qualify for. After researching homeownership, grants, and buying incentives, I brought only $500 to the closing table. That experience hooked me, and I knew it was only a matter of time before I’d buy my next property, diving deeper into creative financing strategies.
This pivotal moment sparked a passion in me for empowering women of color, especially Black women, through real estate and business ownership. As the owner of Capital Dynasty and the head coach of Dynasty League, I’ve dedicated myself to helping women build wealth and gain time and financial freedom. My coaching programs have helped clients generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in just six months.
